In an effort to continually improve your IP connectivity in the Chicago (CHI1) data center network, Our datacenter and it's transport provider, Zayo, will be performing a test on our back-channel cross connect in regards to our POP at 350 E Cermak in Chicago, IL. The actual downtime that will be seen during this event should total less than 15 minutes.
During this period, all services such as support, installations or visits will continue in according with our normal procedures.
