Dear Customer,
A hard drive fault was discovered in NZ XEN2 Node (Christchurch), our engineer will be performing emergency maintenance and hard drive check at around 10AM NZST 15 August 2013. The downtime maybe 2-3 hours to ensure all hard drives in the RAID array are scanned and free of any errors. We may also be replacing any faulty disk, we advice everyone hosted in this server to backup their data or shutdown their server properly.
We apologise for this inconvenience, if your server is hosted in Auckland please disregard this notice.

Update: -We are still performing surface test on all remaining drives, our ETA for completion is 7PM.
-Services has been fully restored.
-System is still not fully stable please backup your data as soon as possible or arrange a new VPS in Auckland as replacement.
