Dear Affected Customers,

There was a power circuit outage in our Datacentre in Germany (Equinix) which affected several racks including DE NODE 1 at around 530AM NZDT, while the power has been restored by onsite staff unfortunately this sudden power loss has caused file system corruption in DE NODE1's RAID array.

 

We are currently working on restoring the file system and due to size and scope of damage it is taking quite a while. If you want a new VPS replacement just open a new helpdesk ticket and we will immediately supply you a new VPS server otherwise just wait for further update from our technical team.
