Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to update you about the status of Phoenix Node 3, first we want to apologize about the delay as this happened several hours past mid-night and we happen to have one level 2 staff on duty then, this has been escalated to senior admin and being worked upon at the moment a long with staff on site.
The current issue right now is 2 of the drives is failing to show up in the BIOS hence the RAID array would not boot, we suspect it is simple SATA cable issue in the board, we are working with someone on the facility to  resolve this issue.
We deeply apologize for this inconvenience, we will give your next month’s invoice 50% off.

Update: Data recovery on a failed RAID array seems become very complicated and may take longer than expected and still no guarantee if you want us to just create a new VPS for you on another node we can let you use the same IP later as an option (however we cannot give you same IP now as we are still attempting recovery), just open a ticket and we will proceed.
Â
-After long hours trying recovery we are unsuccessful because of fully corrupted file system, we use RAID10 with 4 drive and this setup can survive two drives failure at the same time assuming not the two main drives were affected unfortunately this is not the case, our option now is to reload the OS ad rebuild file system and try to recover each VPS however we cannot guarantee full recovery, we offer everyone the option to be setup a new VPS on new node and restore your files from your backup.
We will still do our best to recover what’s in the failed machine and this can take up to several days, we sincerely apologize to those affected customers we offer your full 100% free invoice for next month.
Update: Good news! After working painstakingly in the last 30 hours to rebuilt the broken RAID array due to two faulty disk drives, our engineers managed to restore the system intact and all VPS are in the process of booting up now :) Â - we apologize for the inconvenience rest assured we did everything to prevent data losses, please always back-up your own data all the time too.
