Dear Clients,
As per email to affected customers earlier today, we encountered power failure at the facility which caused improper shutdown of the servers and spitfire seems to be hit badly as its RAID file system is still in the process of rebuilding, we had encountered massive CPU spikes what caused another two machine reboots when  we are booting all VPS, there seems to be corrupt VPS that is causing this so we suggest everyone who can access their VPS to backup your data immediately.
We are observing the machine now and we may not boot every VPS until we figured out which one is causing it. Hopefully file system is not currupted otherwise we will be forced to migrate to a new machine.
We will keep you updated.
regards,

Just a further update on the recent incident in UK Node Spitfire, we regret to inform you that we maybe suffering from file system curruption that preventing to stabilise the system causing CPU spikes that is causing further down time. We thought the data partition containg VPS data are still intact thus we can still possibiliy migrate everyone when we got a new machine ready.
