Please be advised that we are going to perform server maintenance on 17 October 2010 17:30 NZDT, to check the equivalent time in your area please click here. This maintenance will cover all XEN boxes in San Jose California (USA) and will take about 1 hour, at the final phase of the maintenance we will reboot each node so there maybe a service interruption of about 10-15 minutes (could be longer when fsk is needed to be performed required during boot).
We encourage everyone to ensure you have fresh backups of all your data off-site before the maintenance schedule, if you have questions about this announcement please feel free to contact us by loging helpdesk ticket or by emailing us at admin@quickweb.co.nz.
Important: If after the maintenance you encounter kernel module version conflict (eg. ip_tables etc) don't panic, simply reboot your VPS by pressing "reboot" button inside VPSManager and it should fix the issue, be aware that rebooting via SSH will not resolve this.
