When paying an invoice through our PayPal option, please wait up to 30 minutes for your invoice to be marked as Paid. If your invoice does not get marked as Paid within 30 minutes, then open a ticket with the Billing Department.
The reason for the delays is unknown to us and we are still investigating the matter. It appears that PayPal's IPN callback service is taking longer than usual to notify our billing software that you have paid your invoice. Until we can get to the bottom of this, expect a 15-60 minute delay on your invoice being marked as Paid.
For eCheck it may take 2-3 weeks clearance time so we do not recommend paying using Paypal eCheck.
