Please be informed that QuickWeb will be decommissioning the server XEN7 in Seattle USA (Softlayer Facility) on 20 February 2015 after 4 years of reliable service.
QuickWeb will only offer OpenVZ VPS in Seattle facility starting March 2015, hence this will be our last XEN machine to be retired in that facility, our goal is consolidate our services on our key USA data centres in Phoenix, Los Angeles and Chicago where we have planned to solidify our USA XEN Hosting services offerings for simplicity and to further improve our technical services.
We invite you to contact us immediately by opening helpdesk ticket and tell us which data centre you want to be migrated to, you have choice of Phoenix, Los Angeles or Chicago (We can still provide you Seattle services if you wish but in the form of OpenVZ virtualizaiton only however we can offer you bigger specs).
We can migrate your data or give you a new VPS where you can migrate your own data on your desired schedule that will minimise downtime. For those who won’t make contacts before February 10 we will be moving your server and data to our default location for USA which is Phoenix Arizona data center.
As compensation to this inconvenience we will be giving you 1 month of free hosting credit in your account excluding add-on services. Thank you for your kind understanding and continued business over the years.
