Please be informed that QuickWeb will be decommissioning the server MICRO11 (XEN6) in Texas USA (Softlayer Facility) on 25 February 2015 after 4 years of reliable service.
QuickWeb will no longer offer any hosting services on Softlayer facility in Texas starting March 2015, hence this will be our last machine to be retired in that facility, our goal is consolidate our services on our key USA data centres in Phoenix, Los Angeles and Chicago where we have planned to solidify our Hosting services offerings way into the future for simplicity and to further improve our technical services.
In line with this we invite you to contact us immediately by opening helpdesk ticket and tell us which data centre you want to be migrated to, you have choice of Phoenix, Los Angeles or Chicago. We can migrate your data or give you a new VPS where you can migrate your own data on your desired schedule that will minimise downtime. For those who won’t make contacts before February 10 we will be moving your server and data to our default location which is Phoenix Arizona data center.
As compensation to this inconvenience we will be giving you 1 month of free hosting credit in your account.
