As per email to all those affected clients located in Florida:
We would like to inform you that we will deactivate Florida Server location on December 5, 2013. We will migrate clients one by one to other available locations of your choice: Chicago (XEN only), Los Angeles, Germany, London (OpenVZ Only) or Phoenix.
The reason for this is that we are consolidating our service offerings and we want to focus our growing locations to provide better pricing, support and services. We will be offering credit compensation to affected customers. For those clients what we have not heard from by 20th of November they will be automatically migrated to Phoenix Location which is our home base facility in the USA.
You can contact us any time from today to arrange migration of your server on your chosen location or if you want to know your new IP address in advance so you can plan on DNS updating and your actually data migration, our staff will work with you so please open help desk ticket.
