Dear Clients in Phoenix,
We would like to inform you that we will be having power maintenance in our Phoenix Datacentre on 8PM February 28th NZDST. The maintenance involves upgrading of power circuit capacity and installation of brand new PDU on all of our cabinets hence all servers need to be powered down replug on new PDU's power outlet then quickly boot 'em back. Expect some service interruptions from 10-30 minutes however we will do our best to keep it minimal as much has possible.
If you have questions please feel free to contact us, we advise clients running VPS and dedicated servers to shut down their servers to ensure data safety minutes before the maintenance window below:
Start : 28th February 8PM NZDST
End  : 8:45PM NZDST
Expect total loss of power due to power circuit maintenance and upgrade.

Update: We have complated to move most of the equipments to new PDU on each cabinets with exceptions of some machines due to unexpected fault in one of the routers which took most of our time resolving, we will just email individual clients on particular remaining machines about the quick power switchover it may take about 5-10 minutes interruptions for each machine unless it is due to perform fsck check during boot.
