San Jose Server in Softlayer is currently having network which is causing network downtime on affected servers. We are monitoring the situation and will update you as soon as we have news.

We've got the following information from SoftLayer concerning this issue:

"At approximately 22-Dec-2012 07:49 UTC the Network Operations Center was  alerted that the frontend customer router was showing down. Network Engineers  were engaged to investigate and are currently working on the remedy. We will  update you once we know more.
