The scope of maintenance will be focused on fixing issue with RAID array which we detected has been degraded, so expect some i/o performance issues before and after the maintenance especially during RAID array resync process.
Downtime can be from 30minutes - 1 hour depending if fsck is required on the drives, while there's utmost care by our senior engineers who will do the maintenance but as always please ensure you have current backups of your data off-site. If you have VPS TimeMachine service you can use it to same image of your OS in our remote backup cluster.
