We just finished migrating our billing system to a new server & we apologise if you received some old tickets in your mailbox as we had a technical glitch with our newly upgraded WHMCS and google apps pop3 email piping which picked-up and re-opened all "old" emails emails sitting in the support mailbox when we moved to google Apps email from previous setup using cPanel email redirect piping (which is not applicable to google aps).

Please disregard them and sorry for inconvenience.

From now on to open support ticket via email please send email to helpdesk(at)quickweb.co.nz instead of support(at)quickweb.co.nz and this will automatically open a ticket within minutes for you.
